Product Designer | January 2022 - Present
- Solo mobile designer and researcher for participant experience on iOS, Android and responsive web, leading the new React Native redesign project with an emphasis on patient engagement and health literacy building.
- Work closely with PMs, POs and engineers to foster a cross-functional design process from discovery through delivery.
- Implemented design system foundations including the development of a token system and creation of a component library working with React Native engineers.
- Led discovery, ideation and prioritization workshops to engage stakeholders in the design
thinking process and tackle big problem spaces such as patient adherence.
- Introduced UX research into the Curebase product for the first time to develop a research culture and drive design strategy maturity.
- Developed service blueprint of the Curebase platform, an artifact that has been used as a company-wide artifact for onboarding, workshops and product improvements.
- Designed and shipped a localization solution enabling trials to be built in multiple languages and ensuring a culturally relevant experience for patients.
- Helped to grow the team from 2 designers to 6.

- Developed marketing strategy, created content for social media and print, designed farm-to-market food packaging all aimed toward establishing community partnerships and customer acquisition throughout the first year of growth as a company.

- Investigated the relationship between sensory experiences in nature and cognitive and affective processes related to body image processing.
- Under supervision of Dr. Sona Dimidjian, worked on Healthy, Body, Minds, and Voices project creating a curriculum that expands upon the Body Project. Particularly focused on creating a lesson plan focused on promoting body appreciation while fostering a personal connection with the natural world and guiding a service project led by youths.
